Psalm 135:3

Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good; sing to his name, for it is pleasant!

So, I'm feeling a little under the weather today, so I want to boost my vitamin C intake.  Your smoothie is an excellent way to accomplish this.

THE OJ, STRAWBERRY, NANA SMOOTHIE!

2 Cups Orange Juice
2 Cups Sliced Strawberries
1 Banana
1 Tblsp Chia Seeds

I forgot to take a picture of it mixing.  I told you I was feeling under the weather.....
